The Sailing Center maintains four Boston Whalers as safety and instructional
boats. The legendary Boston Whaler is practically indestructible, which make them a great platform for
instruction and to keep a watchful eye on the sailing fleet. The Boston Whalers are used in all programs by
the Sailing Center Staff. All staff are specifically trained on how to operate the boats correctly and
safely by a US Sailing Powerboat instructor.
